'We have gone to great lengths to design the ideal stand for the DWTC at the forthcoming Careers UAE 2003 and our stand conveys an open setting that is reflective of our transparent recruitment policies which lay emphasis on recruiting capable and talented UAE nationals,' remarked DWTC Director General, Mubarak bin Fahad.

Mr. bin Fahad noted that the DWTC's staffing policies adhere to a clear and uncomplicated process for effective recruitment with maximum flexibility to meet the needs of UAE nationals, while at the same time ensuring a transparent and fair process, and clear communication of important information for all prospective jobseekers.

Careers UAE 2003 is being organized in conjunction with the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), The National Human Resource Development and Employment Authority (TANMIA) and Zayed University and will take place at the Airport Expo Dubai from April 20 to 23.

The DWTC already has a high percentage of UAE nationals employed in key positions within the organization and will be recruiting at the Careers UAE 2003 for bright and talented professionals.

More than 20 immediate vacancies will be on offer in different departments to fill in quite a few prime as well as entry-level positions within the DWTC during the exhibition.

The DWTC's stand is strategically located near the entrance to the East Hall at the Airport Expo where the event is taking place.
