Cisco case study: Entertainment company increases flexibility of its voice network

FremantleMedia deployed Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express and Cbeyond's BeyondVoice managed service to improve its voice network.

When FremantleMedia North America moved its headquarters to Burbank, California the company took the opportunity to replace its aging private branch exchange (PBX) with a more modern voice system.

Ease of management was especially important, because Hamilton manages all IT functions for the entire company without assistance.

The company also wanted access to the same productivity-enhancing features that larger companies enjoy, and without having to continually pay for equipment upgrades or keep current with constantly changing voice technology.
