CNS announces project management certifications

This lifespan methodology is the cornerstone for successful designing, implementing and managing complex ICT solutions.

The CNS Story

CNS has seen five of its project managers reach certification to meet increasing customer demands.Customers are demanding much more than just advanced technical solutions; they have an inevitable need for Implementation Services. This is when the vision of establishing the PMO came to light with the sole purpose of delivering projects on time, on budget and per scope. CNS primary goal was not only to guarantee future business through competitive prices and state-of-the-art solutions, but also to gain enough client confidence to entrust us with current and future business, by striving to excel at each and every project implementation, every time.

In August 2007 the Project Management Office was formulated with one project manager and has developed since then to become a division of certified Project Management team with over fifty years of collective management experience gained in the North American, European, Middle Eastern and Gulf regions. Our certifications include PMI's PMP, Prince2 and are currently going after gaining OPM3 on a corporate level as well as PgMP on an individual one.

CNS' PMO has adapted to PMI standards and methodology through professional training, continuous improvement and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest best practices in project management. One key success factors lies into our continuously growing lessons learned database which was started by our own PMO team, as well as our continuous process improvement triggered by customer feedback and recommendations.
