Dubai-based publisher, Jerboa Books was founded in 2005 and has since published more than 120 titles in both Arabic and English, focusing on original fiction, folk tales, information and history of Arabia. It produces quality, beautifully illustrated and educationally sound children's books that are accessible and fun to read.

In 2006, Jerboa Books won His Highness Sheikh Sultan Al Qassimi Award for "Contributions to Children's Book Publishing in the UAE". The following year it was awarded the Sharjah Book Fair "Publisher of the Year" and recently won the Gourmand "Best Arab Cookbook in the World" for "Taste of Arabia (its Tourath adult related imprint).
