  • PRESS RELEASE

Hydra Properties, a subsidiary of the Royal Group, today announced the launch of model villas at Hydra Village, as part of its customer-centric strategy to give investors a better understanding of their future homes at the self-contained and upscale residential village in the vicinity of Abu Dhabi.

The announcement was made during a media tour of the development that was led by Ali Bin Sulayem, CEO of Hydra Properties.

A series of scheduled visits have commenced for investors to view the model villas at Hydra Village. Taking place daily from 9.00am - 6.00pm, including weekends, potential home owners are being accorded a guided tour of the premises by a dedicated customer service team.

Addressing the press conference, Ali Bin Sulayem, CEO of Hydra Properties, said:
"We are fully committed to delivering our projects in compliance with the timelines that have been set. We also remain steadfast in our customer-centric approach that places our investors' satisfaction as our top priority. Earlier this year, we promised the Hydra Village would be ready for site visits in August. Today, we are delighted to announce that we have fulfilled our promise."

Bin Sulayem added, "All the visitors have expressed approval over the progress achieved so far. They are also delighted with our endeavour to offer more clarity on the project that has allowed them to gain a closer perspective of the development."

Hydra Properties' initiative to set up a state of the art call centre comes as part of its strategy to better connect with its customers. The trained and well-informed executives at the centre are geared to address all investor queries and remove any concerns regarding the progress of the development. Investors will soon receive monthly email updates with video montages of key construction milestones accomplished at the site that will also be uploaded on the Hydra Properties website. In its continued commitment towards its customers, Hydra Properties earlier this year waived the penalty fees and offered to hold off payments until early 2010.

Bin Sulayem added, "The open communication policy we have adopted is the latest in a line of initiatives proactively taken by the company to meet our clients and listen to their queries. We are delighted the investor visits are proving highly successful. The positive feedback has further encouraged us to adopt the same strategy for all our other projects as well."

A compound city situated at the entrance of Abu Dhabi, Hydra Village offers the convenience of a self-sustained, small-scale city blended with the comfort of an uptown community. A constellation of town houses surrounded by a green aura of recreational parks and open spaces and sprinkled with top-notch facilities - mosques, clinics and an impressive utilities infrastructure - renders Hydra Village an inviting community for the time strapped professional as well as those seeking any idyllic lifestyle.
