Residents set to experience the Square's premium lifestyle offering

The announcement closely follows the developer's successful delivery of Bayswater, Omniyat's 24- storey commercial tower in Business Bay, which commenced hand-over to investors in June. The subsequent delivery of units in The Square highlights Omniyat's commitment to deliver three projects this year.

Inspired by the Arabian inner courtyard, the mixed- use development comprises of nine low-rise buildings surrounded by 6,000 square meters of landscaped garden and water features.

The recently completed Phase One of the development consists of the premium residential complex comprising seven low-rise residential buildings and a retail arcade spread across the ground floor of the entire complex. The 544 residential units, which sold out in just three days upon its initial launch, feature a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom as well as garden apartments.

Phase Two, set for completion in the first quarter of 2010, is the commercial wing which will feature 180 premium serviced apartments operated by world-renowned Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Also included in Phase Two are 144 commercial units and offices which will be delivered by the end of this year.

Omniyat's property management arm, Omniyat Property Services (OPS), will offer a host of value-added services to tenants including customized leasing services, fit-out offerings, residential packages, sales brokerage, and dedicated customer care. A sales and leasing office has been set up within The Square, to assist residents and owners.
