Commenting on her appointment, Olga, said:
"I am very excited to be part of the Rotana and it is indeed an honour to be responsible in taking care of the employees of the region's leading hospitality chain. Rotana treats its team members in an amazing way so this is a fantastic opportunity. I would like to unify the standards and practices across the Area and develop the team as well as expose our employees to new ideas and opportunities."
"Our nationals are also very important so we will be developing a plan for them very soon as well as benchmarking some of our practices against the competition. Every day is a new challenge for us and we learn for it and we develop accordingly. This is such a dynamic environment it is all about how you make the most out of it and move forward with the learning experiences gained," she added.
