This project aims to create a pool of specialized customer service trainers in all participating hospitals, through building the capacity of selected staff members and providing them with the tools to become customer service trainers of other hospital staff.
The training will also provide a platform for exchanging experiences and sharing knowledge on customer services amongst participants from different hospitals. The training also aims to design guidelines on policies and procedures to achieve higher customer service performance in the medical sector.

It is a basic and legitimate requirement for hospitals to want to increase their customer satisfaction levels and thus provide a competitive edge to an industry regarded one of the best in the region. When approached, the Program involves itself in economic activities that benefit the national economy in Jordan."
said Laith Al Qasem, Chief of Party, SABEQ program, in his welcome to the five hospital representatives signing the MOU.
