EMAAR launches new themed villa community 'Gazelle at the Arabian Ranches'

Located on the eastern edge of Arabian Ranches, just nine minutes drive from the 4th interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road, this exceptional desert resort is a 208 acre development with three themed gated communities which front an expansive lake built in two levels.

The construction of this new multi-billion dirham development will begin with the first phase, named Al Reem, which is expected to be ready for possession by March 2005. The sale of individual homes will open at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre on Sunday, April 13, 2003. The Sales Centre will remain open from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm, seven days a week.
