Cedric Gaillard joins Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi as Executive Assistant Manager

French born Cedric Gaillard has recently moved to Abu Dhabi to take up the position of Executive Assistant Manager of Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi.

Gaillard brings to his role a wealth of experience in the industry and an outstanding track record.

With over 18 years experience, Galliard was previously EAM at Crowne Plaza Muscat 2008 and F&B Director at Crowne Plaza Dubai leaving a trail of very successful restaurants behind him and just recently scooping up the prestigious IHG Food and Beverage Excellence Award 2008.

Gaillard's passions are traveling, diving, good food & good wine, but most importantly, being with interesting people and his aim is to be more engaged in supporting and taking actions toward Environmental issues.

"I believe that I have a responsibility (as a personal interest but also because of my professional status) to lead changes & educate others who may have a different culture or understanding on the subject," he said.

Gaillard's experience is reinforced by a strong educational background including a master of arts in catering and hotel management at the European school of Catering and Hotel of Illkirch Graffenstaden / Strasbourg University of R. Schuman / Strasbourg (Group IECS).
