Lloyd Cremer joins Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi as Executive Chef

Lloyd Cremer has recently been promoted from Assistant Executive Chef to the position of Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi.

With more than 14 years experience to his credit, Cremer's previous work experience has seen him hold posts in many different locations throughout the world and in many prestigious hotels and restaurants, such as Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda and Fairmont Towers, Heliopolis Cairo and was head chef at Gravetye Manor (1 Michelin star, 3 Rosettes), West Sussex.

Cremer will be able to show his culinary expertise in the opening of Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi's 2 new restaurants expected to open Winter 2009/10.

Cremer definitely has a unique and passionate approach to his profession and thrives on inspiring his team of 42 to experiment with new and innovative culinary creations, including his favourite - molecular cooking.
