Ayman Gharib graduated with a Master of Science in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey, UK.
He brings with him a broad understanding of the regional hospitality market, having previously worked in Doha, Beirut, Ajman and of course Dubai.
As Executive Assistant Manager for Food & Beverage, A. Gharib has been a key member in setting up the Food & Beverage operation during pre-opening at both The Address Dubai Mall Hotel and Ritz Carlton Sharq Village and Spa.
Raffles Dubai recently appointed Ayman Gharib, a Lebanese citizen, as its Executive Assistant Manager for Food & Beverage. A. Gharib will be in charge of the Food & Beverage operations for the hotel's 248 rooms and suites and 10 food and beverage outlets.
His role will be essential in implementing and maximizing the Food & Beverage concepts and promotions and maintaining the standard of excellence that the restaurants of Raffles Dubai are known for, in order to support the department's objectives and overall hotel strategy.
