The premium chocolatier has launched a new collection of six chocolate families inspired by a combination of mouthwatering nut, caramel and fruity flavoured, hand-made pieces peppered with undertones of sweet spices. Each family comprises eight distinct flavours - 48 in total - all prepared using cocoa beans from the exotic Indonesian island of Java and French dark chocolate from South America.

"Java Single Origin Chocolates are made from the finest flavour of cocoa beans harvested in Indonesia. The uniqueness of the soil, the climate and the habitat leave their rich signature flavour on the bred cocoa beans. This made our new portfolio an array of unparalleled, exclusive chocolates complemented with innovative fillings,"

said Lisa Gardin, ChoCo'a's Executive Chocolate Chef.

The new, awe-inspiring range of chocolate families are prominently displayed in highly creative packaging at ChoCo'a's fresh and contemporary shop that enhances customer experience through allowing time to sample the taste, smell and visual pleasure of chocolate. Designed by Richard Stanton of AK Design, and constructed by Michel Khoury of Emkay Interiors, the new shop features off-white ceramic tiles accentuated with bronze and golden pendants hanging from the ceiling portraying ChoCo'a's tradition of luxury and chicness.

"Since our market debut in 2004, our love for chocolate has inspired us to be unique. ChoCo'a's arrangements deliver to every customer desires and imagination. Therefore, it was very important to introduce our new collections in a tailor-made atmosphere that complements the creativity behind the design of each arrangement," said Dina Dumyati Hamzeh, Retail Director, ChoCo'a.

Through its neutral palette of colour schemes, the rejuvenated ChoCo'a shop enables the rich colours of the product and its wrappings to blend seamlessly within the airy space and be the star of the overall design. Combining a sense of affordable luxury with a welcoming feel, the shop is lit with metal halide spotlights, halogen down lights, decorative pendants and compact fluorescents, shedding wall-to-wall ample yet discreet ambience with the focus always on the chocolate.

"With intensifying competition it's always important to be one step ahead. ChoCo'a is an overall experience of the senses and the launch of our new families of chocolate that coincides with the opening of our renovated store will help our brand attract new faithful customers while cementing loyalty amongst our existing clientele," said Assem Hamzeh, Managing Director, ChoCo'a LLC.

"Our objective is to encourage clients to think of ChoCo'a as a well-deserved treat for themselves and their loved ones and not only for gifts on personal or corporate occasions and our new product range and revitalized retail space are designed with that in mind."
