STS furnishes the Income and Sales Tax Department with Acer technology
STS, Jordan's IT service and enterprise solutions provider and Acer's Executive partner in Jordan signed a joint agreement with the Income and Sales Tax Department.
In light of the agreement, STS commits to supply the latter with Acer personal computers and notebooks, as well as Acer technical support services.
The agreement comes aligned with the Income and Sales Tax Department's vision to provide its work force with top notched technology to enhance business performance, provide superior services, raise awareness and address cases of tax evasion, to enhance the investment climate.
Mr. Basheer Al Zu'bi, IT Director of the Income and Sales Tax Department said:
"The Income and Sales Tax Department works under strategic framework, which aims at providing a tax system that operates efficiently and effectively, to achieve targeted tax revenues. The system aspires to provide optimum service to the citizens of Jordan within the overall standards of quality. We constantly seek to improve efficiency of service by employing the latest in information technologies, which ensure smooth performance and high accuracy in the completion of daily work."
For his part, Dr. Nabeel Fayoumi, Executive Director, Integrated Solutions Division in STS said: "We are delighted to partner with the Income and Sales Tax Department; an entity that plays an integral role in the Jordanian society. This agreement entails STS provide a set of modern and easy to use Acer equipment. We are keen to provide fully integrated IT solutions that serve our demanding customers."
STS is Acer Executive Partner and Authorized Service Center in Jordan.
