Viva mobile broadband achieves 21.1 Mbps speed

Viva triples the speed of its mobile broadband from 7.2 Mbps to 21.1 Mbps.
"Viva cements its position as a leading provider of mobile broadband" Al-Awadhi commented on the new Viva service. "We are proud to offer our customers the highest available internet speed according to the latest international benchmarks and standards," he concluded.
"As Viva engages and revolves around our customers, we have decided to invite them to participate in testing out the new mobile internet speed. This provides us with valuable feedback directly from customers; which can be used to further optimize and improve customer experience".

Al-Awadhi explained that with the 21.1 Mbps network, customers will experience speeds up to 14 Mbps.
Further, he stressed that Viva will continuously reinforce and develop its mobile broadband network, to provide its customers a superior mobile internet experience, especially that the mobile broadband speed can be affected by the location of the user as well as the number of users connected in a given area.
Al-Awadhi added that the new subscriptions will be launched to both private and business customers. He said that Viva has already upgraded its network; however, to take full advantage of the new service, Viva will soon introduce the new internet hardware to the market.
"With the advanced Viva internet, customers will be able to easily reach all desired applications, numerous functions and continual enjoyment". Al-Awadhi explained.
He confirmed: "Viva is always keen to be up to its customers expectations.
