Omniyat awards main construction contract of Gemini Tower to CSCEC

The Gemini, a freehold commercial tower located on prime waterfront location in Dubai Business Bay, is set to make an indelible mark on the city's skyline.

An impressive sculpture of granite blocks undercut with a meander of white glass and aluminium, the two distinct 20 storey towers linked by a 15 storey block will offer Grade A office space in the UAE's global commercial and business centre.

Omniyat confirmed that the enabling work by Al Habtoor STFA Soil Group (HSSG) has been completed and the site has been handed over.

Planned and designed by ARCIF Local German Joint Venture, The Gemini will offer spectacular waterfront views of the Dubai Business Bay. In addition to its enviable setting, the tower will provide its occupants with many of modern life's everyday conveniences. The 15-storey central block will house freehold offices, serviced offices, retail, a 'Car Spa' to provide basic car services, as well as a roof garden and fine dining restaurants set in a landscaped terrace overlooking the creek.
