Mr. Wissam Kazzaz, Loyalty and Retention Manager at Zain Bahrain, explained:
"This year Ramadan coincides during the summer holidays, which means there will be more than usual levels of communication between family and friends."

"We have recently launched a great campaign to make customers aware of the many convenient ways in which they can settle their Zain telephone invoices. Early payment will instantly win you 30 free local minutes and a raffle for other valuable prizes," added Mr. Kazzaz.

Zain has an extensive payment menu and customers can either step into any one of the 11 Zain Experience Stores across Bahrain and pay at the counter or at the payment kiosk or electronically or through their banks.

"You can mail cheques to Post Box 33107; you can call 107 and follow the menu to settle the bill using your credit card; you can even seek the assistance of a Zain Bahrain customer service agent on 107," Mr. Younis Ahmed, Credit Control and Collection manager at Zain Bahrain said.

"Deduction from your bank account or your credit card account through our direct debit service is possible or you can walk into any of Zain Bahrain's Experience Shops throughout Bahrain to pay and subscribe for this service ; the company has installed payment kiosks in convenient locations to cut queues. Alternatively, Zain Bahrain will do the legwork by collecting your cash or via credit card from your residence through ARAMEX. When travelling, you can pay via the Zain Bahrain website," Mr. Ahmed added.

In addition to all this, Zain Bahrain has tied up with prominent banks so that customers may settle bills via the bank ATMs or e-banking services or bank hotlines. These banks include the Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) and Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait (BBK).
