Arabian Ranches multi-billion dirham villa community evokes tremendous response

EMAAR Properties, the region's premier property development company, announced a strong response from national and expatriate investors on the first day of sales of the themed villa community Gazelle, at the Arabian Ranches.

As the sales centre officially opened its doors, national and expatriate families, business people and investors lined up at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre, the venue for the launch of this premium development, which will stay open from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm, seven days a week.

Commenting upon the response, Mr. Mansour Al Othaimin, Directors, Sales & Marketing, EMAAR Properties said, " We are delighted with the overwhelming response to our unique gated Gazelle villa community. The new development, which is located a mere nine minutes drive from the 4th interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road, draws its inspiration from the beauty of the desert and the grace of the Arabian Gazelle. It comprises attached and semi-attached villas, which are set around a lake, fountains, parks and gardens, and incorporate elements from traditional Arabic, Spanish, Western and Contemporary styles.

This 208-acre desert resort features three themed gated communities which front an expansive lake built in two levels. The first phase of the development, called Al Reem, will be ready for possession by March 2005.

The Gazelle homes are two-storey attached villas, varying from three to four bedrooms, which range in total areas from 1,691 to 3,060 square feet. Every home comes with space to park two cars. Prices for individual units start from an attractive AED 448,888 with convenient mortgage financing packages from Amlak, an EMAAR subsidiary.

Among the many amenities on offer include a mosque, sports centres, swimming pool, children's play area and 24-hour security and maintenance services.
