According to Jeffrey Ornstein, CEO and founder of J/Brice Design International,
"We are creating esthetic impact by integrating modernist international architecture with Arabian motifs in gleaming, monochromatic white materials in various textures coupled with dramatic lighting."
J/Brice design projects in the Middle East also include Al-Khobar Hotel and Towers in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Khalifa Hotel and Aspire Tower in Doha, Qatar, and luxury resorts in Ethiopia and Zanzibar.
Palace features include a magnificent atrium with grand staircase, waterfalls and gleaming glass elevator, areas for entertaining and socializing as well as grand suites, including a 3,000 square feet (280 square meters) master suite. The Majlis is perhaps the jewel in this palace's crown accommodating 45 male family members.
The family's penthouse-level space includes window walls that retract fully to create uninterrupted access to the terraces, as well as reflecting and recreational pools that harmonize with Red Sea vistas.
Ornstein adds, "As a global perspective emerges throughout the Arab world, we are playing a lead role in defining the Gulf as an architecture, design and hospitality leader."
June Ericson, heads the J/Brice Design palace design team and is collaborating with MOK Mohammed Osama Al Kabbani Architects and Engineers.
The palace includes a theater, spa, fitness center bowling alley and 11 car garage.
