He added that two vehicles will be added to the Mobi Baitak project, which is a mobile ATM machine that reaches clients wherever they are, to make the total number of vehicles 3, not to mention expanding the role and upgrading the services of the Call Center and kfh.com.

This comes as part of KFH's strategy to make use of modern technology to offer better services to its clients.

Al Fozan explained in a press statement that there is a huge demand from clients to use the comprehensive ATM machines, since 2000-3000 transactions have been done every month through every machine, taking into consideration the workload on the branch and the nature of the area.

He noted that KFH has 25 ATM machines that work offsite at cooperative societies, some official authorities and hospitals, in addition to gas stations.

Moreover, Al Fozan added that the Call Center and kfh.com play a prominent role in executing KFH's strategy, which is to stay connected to the clients and their accounts, in addition to connecting them to KFH's products and services.
