The completely redesigned 2010 SRX crossover brings a more dynamic alternative to the luxury crossover segment.

It features a dramatic design, inside and out, with an efficient engine mated to a host of technologically advanced features.

'The 2010 Cadillac SRX is the luxury crossover that everyone is waiting for. It combines style with functionality and puts the most advanced technology at the tip of your finger,'

said Adib Takieddine, Cadillac Marketing Manager in the Middle East.

The exterior is a refined design defined by sharp angles and dominated by a gaping wide grille emblazoned with the Cadillac crest, and complemented by baguette shaped headlamps with highly faceted secondary inner lenses that make the headlights look like precision cut jewels. The exterior also features a dramatic diving gesture on the body side to impart the feeling of movement, even at rest.

The interior stimulates a heightened sensory experience with a premium look and tailored feel.

A soft backed material covers the upper instrument panel and door trim, and French stitching follows the contours of the finely hand-cut, sewn and wrapped surfaces, welcoming driver and passenger alike.

The SRX is also loaded with advanced technology. Highlights include a pop-up navigation screen, iPod interconnectivity, 40GB hard drive, standard Bose 8 speaker Centerpoint system or available Bose 10 speaker 5.1 Cabin Surround Sound system, Bluetooth, parking assist with available rear view camera, Adaptive Remote Start, Passive Entry System, a cooled glove box, an available Power Liftgate with programmable height positions and a rear cargo storage system.

Rear passengers can take advantage of the available rear seat entertainment system to watch a video game or watch a DVD on the twin 8' seatback mounted flip up LCD video screens with a remote control.

One passenger can play a video game on one screen while another can watch a DVD on the other without being bothered; each has wireless noise canceling headphones. DIVX files can also be played from an optical disk.

The SRX will be available in the Middle East in two trims. Both come with a 3.0L Variable Valve Timing (VVT) DOHC V6 SIDI engine that puts out 283 hp (gross) @ 6950 rpm with a torque of 310 Nm @ 5100 rpm.

The SRX also comes with the best luxury coverage in the industry, standard. This begins with a free service and maintenance package for four years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first), in addition to around the clock roadside assistance and General Motors' patented bumper to bumper warranty.

This unsurpassed care package offers Cadillac customers an unparalleled sense of security and total peace of mind, enhancing the overall Cadillac experience.
