"Following the success of last year's competition, the founders were even more eager to turn it into an annual initiative with an even stronger commitment to engaging and inspiring young scientists from across Kuwait. We thank our founders for making the Kuwait Science Fair a reality, we thank our sponsors for their support, and we thank Marina Hotel for being gracious enough to host the competition."
Marina Hotel General Manager Antoine Naoum said, "We're very proud and excited to be part of this country-wide initiative that works to not only inspire, but encourage and guide students to pursue careers in maths and sciences."
The Kuwait Science Fair is scheduled to launch on September 28 with school briefings and a registration drive.
To qualify, students must be enrolled in a local high school, and submit all forms requested, which will be available on the competition's website in September.
