Moreover, Western Motors has exceeded expectations by outperforming competition and achieving 90% on overall customer satisfaction (CSI) results and 94% on FFV (Fix First Visit) service.
The Jeep dealership has also witnessed a 19% increase in service turnover and a 21% increase in spare parts sales in the first half of this year compared to 2008.

To acknowledge the superlative performance of Western Motors staff, team members were awarded special recognition certificates for their commitment to service excellence. Mr. Dolfi Sanctis. Mr. Domingo Xavier Velho, Mr. Mohammad Firosul Rahman, Mr. Ganesan Nair, Mr. Gopi K.V., Mr. Abdul Monaf Aziz Ulrahman, Mr. P.K. Majeed and Mr. Roel Wagas all received certificates from Mr. Christopher Preston, CEO of Al Fahim Group's Automotive Division, Mr. Kamal Rafih, General Manager of Western Motors, and Mr. Mohamed Al Momani, After-Sales Manager of Western Motors.
