Nuqul Group launches its Ramadan campaign in Al Koura

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan and building on previous successful campaigns, Nuqul Group, in cooperation with its strategic partner, the renowned Tkiyet Um Ali, successfully implemented this year's Ramadan campaign in the adopted Al Koura District in Irbid.

Under the supervision and execution of Tkiyet Um Ali's team and in collaboration with Nuqul Group's youth ambassadors from the area "Shabakat Shabab Nuqul Group", the distribution of packages was conducted in Tubnah's charitable organization and Kufr Abeel School in Burqush with more than 200 recipient families from the villages of Tubnah and Burqush adding up to 517 families affirming the Group's support and commitment in the area.

Mr. Nidal Eses, CEO of Nuqul Group, commented:

Ms. Abla Tbakhi, Director of program and social research at Tkiyet Um Ali, said, "Due to the direct impact and tangible results Ramadan campaigns had on our beneficiaries over the past years, Tkiyet Um Ali aims to enhance the impact through its fifth campaign launched in cooperation with our partners. We are confident that with Nuqul Group's continuous support we will be able to include more families from Al Koura district to benefit from our campaign."

Nuqul Group's Corporate Social Responsibility involves the adoption of the local community in Al Koura through several programs to include feeding, empowerment and employment projects. Nuqul Group joins hands with national and local NGO's to further enhance its role and increase positive impact in the area.

Since 2007, Nuqul Group has been celebrating the Holy month of Ramadan in Al Koura through the direct involvement with families in the District and the provision of food supplies. Ramadan campaigns focus on building mutual relationships between the families and Nuqul Group's staff creating a platform for a long term relationship.

Tkiyet Um Ali is a non-governmental organization and a first initiative of its kind in Jordan and the Middle East to fight hunger and provide food security to the poor. Initiated, and chaired by HRH Princess Haya Bin Al-Hussein in memory of Her late mother Queen Alia Al-Hussein (Um Ali), the Tkiyet is inspired by the concept of providing aid for the poor and strives to fight hunger through providing daily meals for the poor and hungry, delivering food supplies on a monthly basis to poor families across the Kingdom as well as train and rehabilitate them in different fields in an attempt to empower them and provide incomes to support themselves.
