Emaar Middle East joins hands with Jiwar for marketing Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah

Emaar Middle East, the subsidiary of global property developer Emaar Properties PJSC and Al Oula Development, has joined hands with Jiwar Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Saudi Binladen Group of Companies, to market Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah in the Holy City.

The highly sought after Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah feature fully-furnished serviced residences in the tallest tower in the Holy City of Makkah and one of the tallest buildings in the whole world. Managed by luxury global hospitality operator Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the homes are located directly on the Haram Plaza, just steps away from King Abdul Aziz Gate, and residents have breathtaking views of the Holy Ka'bah, Haram or city of Makkah from their rooms.

Jiwar will join Emaar Middle East in promoting Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah during Ramadan, throughout the Hajj season and over the coming year. Jiwar will use its extensive market knowledge and domain presence in the Holy City to directly promote and market the serviced residences in Makkah.

The Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, which houses the Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah, is part of Abraj Al Bait, comprising seven elegant towers and part of the King AbdulAziz Endowment of The Two Holy Mosques.


At 577 metres, a true architectural landmark in the Holy City, the Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel is developed by Saudi Bin Laden Group. It will be among the world's tallest hotel towers and will feature dining outlets and elegant conference and banquet facilities.

Distinctive features include a 40-meter clock more than five times larger than London's Big Ben announcing daily prayer timings, as well as a Lunar Observation Centre and Islamic Museum to showcase the region's heritage for future generations.

Emaar Residences at the Fairmont Makkah includes spacious studios and one- to three-bedroom residences that are offered on a leasehold basis. Residents can also opt for a rental programme with Fairmont, allowing them to leverage the global sales and marketing reach of the luxury brand.
