Lulu Hypermarkets are well-known throughout Oman and the hypermarket chain is a specially selected partner of Standard Chartered Bank for its ability to cater to a range of spending needs from everyday items to higher-priced purchases, and therefore provide maximum opportunity for Standard Chartered credit cardholders to enjoy greater rewards.

The cash back amount will be credited to cardholders' credit card accounts automatically without the hassle of redemption and will be reflected in the subsequent billing cycle. Cardholders can choose when and how to use the cash back reward.

Bikram Rishi, Standard Chartered Bank, Head of Consumer Banking in Oman, said:

"The Credit card segment has always been an important part of Standard Chartered's Consumer Banking business. Cash back is a truly compelling reward platform that offers our cardholders with real benefits throughout key months of the year. With a growing distribution network and renewed strength in the local economy, this competitive reward scheme will certainly reinforce our leading franchise in the credit card market as we continue to capture new growth opportunities."
