Sakana, the exclusive sponsor of Technical Seminar at BIPEX 2009

The event will be held under the patronage of H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, from the 14th to 16th of October 2009, at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre, (BIEC).

Seven high profile speakers are expected to participate during the two sessions at the Technical Seminar, which will begin at 5:00pm on 15 October. 'Real Estate Projects Design and Construction Aspects' and 'Prospects of Affordable Housing Projects in Bahrain' will be topics discussed at the sessions.

Mr. Mohammed Khalil Alsayed, Chairman of the BIPEX Organizing Committee, said:

"Last year the Technical Session was very well received by both local and regional real estate industry players and we expect this year's event to be more informative and enlightening."

Organized by the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE), BIPEX is a premium regional annual event which brings investors and leading real estate companies together. In 2008, BIPEX attracted a record number of 13,500 visitors.

The 98 exhibitors included participants from the GCC, the UK, Portugal, India, the Philippines, and Jordan, showcased urban development and infrastructural projects worth a total value of $50bn.
