Standard Chartered Bank Jordan celebrates 'Customer Day'

Standard Chartered Bank Jordan celebrated its 'Customer Day' at the Bank's main branch in Shmeissani.

The day provided both customers and walk-in guests the opportunity to benefit from special offers and rates on all of the Bank's products and services as well as various activities that included raffle draw prizes.

Ashish Sood, Head of Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered Bank Jordan, said:

"The 'Customer Day' is a day dedicated to show our support as well as celebrate customer loyalty. With a presence of over 83 years in Jordan we have deep rooted local knowledge and that combined with our international expertise has allowed us to offer a number of best-in-class products and services."


The day is part of the Bank's wider effort to help steer its customers through the wider economic slowdown and show its support and commitment. A number of customers commented on how the promotion was more creative than normal and was also educational, informative and interactive.

A large number of customers and walk-in guests made use of the promotion and were provided with an overview of the Bank's wide range of products and services, including personal loans, credit cards, mortgage loans, investments, small and medium enterprises, deposits, phone banking and more. The Bank also gave special attention to i-banking services that facilitate customer's lives and accommodates their fast paced lifestyle.
