In addition to that, KFH has started a new service by making separate halls for corporate representatives in Kheitan, Fahaheel, Jahra, and Shuweikh, where they can make all their banking operations privately, without getting crowded with other regular clients.

He added that the branches will offer integrated services, such as commercial, financial and real estate services.

He noted that there are 7 branches that were rebuilt, which are Bayan, Khaldiya, Ardiya, Reqqa, Salmiya, and Shaab, while the branches in Jahra, Kheitan, Fahaheel, and Al-Muthanna Complex have been renovated. Salmiya branch will open soon at its same location.

Moreover, Al-Saraawi stated that operating those branches comes as part of KFH's inclination to expand to reach the clients by offering them best services and products, according to international standards.

He went on to say that KFH listens to the points of views of its clients and their demands, which led to the development of the banking branches, since KFH managed to evolve from the traditional role of banks to a much bigger role that is based on marketing its products and reinforcing its relationships with its clients.
