Aldar announces joint venture with National Catering Company

The new company, in which both shareholders hold 50% of the equity share capital, is called Al Raha International Integrated Facilities Management LLC (ARIIFM LLC).

ARIIFM LLC currently provides total facilities management solutions and services to Aldar's operative villages at Mussafah and Yas Island, where it caters to over 56,000 workers building the residential, commercial and retail developments at Al Raha Beach and the hotels, marinas, circuit and related facilities at Yas Island for the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

ARIIFM LLC's services include catering, integrated facilities management, reception and security services, industrial catering and life support, commercial housekeeping and janitorial services, commercial laundry services, corporate pantry and themed cafeteria and restaurants.
