MBRCLD and LKYSPP have established a strategic partnership in developing tailored, public policy-oriented academic programs and training activities for MBRCLD's various leadership development programs.

Adel Al Shared, Executive Chairman of MBRCLD, and Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, CEO of MBRCLD, both attended the event. Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew was the event's guest of honour and addressed the audience along with Professor Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Adel Al Shared said, "It has been our policy to establish partnerships with renowned institutions as we continue to develop specialised academic and training activities that are in line with the Dubai Strategic Plan 2015. We are pleased to attend the ceremony as an act of goodwill and to reinforce our continuing fruitful collaboration in the pursuit of our shared vision in the preparation of leaders for change."

Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi added,

"It is an honour for us to be invited to attend this important event, which underscores the distinctive nature of our relationship with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. We both share common objectives with regards to enhancing the leadership pool of our respective societies and developing the skills of our leaders in the area of developing modern cities, future planning and achieving governmental excellence. In addition, we are committed to leverage common trends in urban planning and public policies to achieve sustainable development."

Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy has collaborated with MBRCLD in organising a two-leg Dubai Opening Study Visit to Singapore and Beijing for participants of the Elite Program and Promising Leaders Program. LKYSPP professors conducted presentations and open discussions with participations covering a wide range of topics such as economics, public policy and sustainable development.

MBRCLD has been established in line with the vision and directions of H.H.
