Adel Al Shared, Executive Chairman of MBRCLD, and Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, CEO of MBRCLD, both attended the event. Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew was the event's guest of honour and addressed the audience along with Professor Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy has collaborated with MBRCLD in organising a two-leg Dubai Opening Study Visit to Singapore and Beijing for participants of the Elite Program and Promising Leaders Program. LKYSPP professors conducted presentations and open discussions with participations covering a wide range of topics such as economics, public policy and sustainable development.
MBRCLD has been established in line with the vision and directions of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; who has underscored the critical importance of a highly competent national professional workforce to ensure the country's global sustainability.
