Open for business, softly, on the same day as the Dubai Metro, and with the not yet opened Burj Dubai in the background, the Address, Dubai Mall has an ideal location for shopping. In his second report on the hotel, Phil Blizzard talks to Olivier Heuchenne, GM, about restaurants, shopping and of course its location.
