Gavin has 15 years experience in providing Human Capital solutions on a global scale. After beginning his career with Rullion Ltd he joined Best International where he was responsible for large permanent recruitment teams in UK. Before joining ReThink, Gavin was Associate Director for Eutopia Solutions where he delivered award winning recruitment programmes addressing the chronic shortage of dental professionals in the UK before moving to Dubai to launch the company's presence in the Middle East.
