There are 12 entries and exits that lead visitors in and out of different levels of its car parks.
Once inside the car park, provisions have been made for 17 mall entrances to lead shoppers into the mall and the signage is a simple mix of colour coding levels and row numbers to assist in easy recall of where their vehicles are parked.
Yousif Al Ali, Vice President of Mirdif City Centre said our most important consideration when designing a mall car park should be ease of use.
"The hard work should be in designing and constructing the car park, not using it. To have a great looking structure in place and an eye-catching interior may be desirable, but it's no good if people can't find their way around easily."
"Simplicity is the answer. We want to make sure that our customers only walk a short distance to get into the mall, that their vehicle is easy to find and that the entrances and exits are clearly marked. The welfare of our shoppers has always been our number one priority. We are totally committed to making sure when they come to any Majid Al Futtaim shopping centre they are safe and secure."
he added.
With 430 outlets, Mirdif City Centre is the next super regional shopping mall set to embrace Dubai in the spring of 2010.
It is being developed by the Majid Al Futtaim Group, the leading retail and leisure pioneer in the Greater Middle East.
