The South Tower has a foundation slab which is 3.25 metres thick and 3,072 square meters in total area. Juxtaposed against the 8.07 meters excavation, the dimensions make it a major milestone in the projects construction timeline. The second raft pouring on the project was completed in a record time of 30 hours.
The overall concrete pouring on the project's four towers will consist of around 44000 cubic meters of concrete in the foundations containing over 4800 tonnes of steel reinforcements.
