"The Women in Leadership Forum is the perfect platform to help Arab women expand their role in the business world," stated Raja Easa Al-Gurg, President, Dubai Business Women Council. The Dubai Business Women Council proactively encourages participation of women in various economic sectors. Keynote addresses and plenary sessions will address the challenges of today's economic climate as well as case studies about the success of women in male-dominated sectors and the need to develop an education-based initiative for women in the Arab World.
