The main highlight of the dinner event, Yo! Sushi's latest selection of mouth-watering delicacies will be launched as part of Yo! Sushi's "To Go" menu, effectively expanding the Sushi pioneer's menu offerings.

Antonio Bautista, President of the company, said:
"Gourmet Gulf, the franchise owner of the Yo! Sushi chain in the Mena region, has a real passion for innovative Japanese dishes, and that is where the distinction of the brand lies. Through this Ramadan media gathering, we wanted to offer our guests a holistic Yo! experience, recreating an authentic Japanese ambience."

"Our new 'To Go' menu is Yo! Sushi's answer to people's demands for a 'quick and healthy meal at reasonable prices'," added Bautista. "Yo! Sushi knows in order to remain relevant and competitive, we must keep up with people's lifestyle changes which we are confident we are doing with our latest offering."

The dishes are tailor-made to the taste preferences of the region, and include 'tempura sushi' and 'spicy shrimps,' and portions made to fit as meals - bento boxes with a combination of salads, rice, curries stir fries and fruits.

The event featured scintillating entertainment including a fun show in which a Yo! Sushi chef demonstrated how to prepare sushi at home in a simple way.

Yo! Sushi has recently opened two new branches in Dubai: at The Dubai Mall and Marina Mall, as part of an ambitious expansion plan for the Middle East. A new branch is scheduled to open at the Mirdiff City Centre soon.

Yo! Sushi has grown into a major international restaurant chain, starting with the first branch set up in London in 1997. Gourmet Gulf, the Dubai based company that owns the different big brands like Gourmet Burger Kitchen, California Pizza Kitchen and Morellis Gelato Dal 1907, opened UAE's first Yo! Sushi outlet in 2003.
