For the sixth consecutive year, Dubai Properties Group will participate in the event that will be held from 5-8 October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Dubai Properties Group has recently realigned its business to ensure the long term growth and profitability of the company. For the first time at Cityscape, DPG will present its fully integrated development profile that leverages the strengths and portfolios of Dubai Properties with Sama Dubai, as well as Tatweer's real estate development projects including REMRAAM, The Tiger Woods Dubai, DUBAILAND and BAWADI, to create one of the largest real estate and development based businesses in the region.
Encompassing an area of 600 sq. meters in Hall 6, DPG's stand will showcase the company's diverse portfolio of developments, featuring projects set for handover in 2009 including The Executive Towers and Vision Towers at Business Bay, Shorooq at Mirdiff, Al Waha, and The Villa at Dubailand. Each offers community living with a variety of leasing and ownership options.
As one of the highlights of DPG's participation, newly appointed Group CEO, Khalid Al Malik, will lead a press conference on 6 October to announce the group's project milestones and handover timelines.
Al Malik said:
"Our participation at Cityscape Dubai 2009 not only allows us to showcase the diversity of our projects, but to demonstrate the tremendous progress we have achieved in delivering a remarkable number of unique communities in 2009, all contributing to the growth of Dubai."
"DPG looks forward the participating in this year's event as we have some exciting news to share during the press conference on the second day of Cityscape 2009. We are confident our exhibit will be well attended by our stakeholders and industry peers."
In its eighth edition, Cityscape Dubai will bring together industry professionals including property developers, investors, government and property development authorities, architects, designers and consultants from over 130 countries.
