The villas will be built alongside the Jawaher Al Saadiyat model villas located in the Saadiyat Beach District. The project will offer an unrivalled lifestyle with its cutting-edge design, modern facilities and inspiring natural setting.
The first phase of the development comprises three- to six-bedroom villas with varying luxuriously designed layouts in Mediterranean, Arabian and Contemporary styles. All villas are designed to exude elements of elegance and comfort, and some of the top-end luxury villas will even comprise their own gymnasium, elevator, swimming pool and movie theatre.
