During the event guests had the opportunity to view extraordinary artefacts, books and other valuable exhibits related to Arabic and Islamic Art. Specialists from the art centre guided interested buyers in their decision-making.

The event was hosted in true Arabic fashion serving traditional delectable Arabic snacks with Oud music played in the background, adding to the ambience.

Hussain Al Abdullah, Head of Branches at HSBC addressed the guests saying:
"Qatar is increasingly finding its way onto the global arena and HSBC, as the World's Local Bank, has an important role to play in promoting and supporting local initiatives that deserve global attention. Art is known as a medium to bridge cultural gaps and support cultural exchange."
