Being organized by Al Multaqa Local & International Exhibition, a leading organiser of festivals and special events particularly in the UAE and Syria, the Festival runs till September 24, 2009.

With thousands of consumer products from 18 countries on sale, the Festival has proved to be extremely popular among families, because of the vibrancy and exciting ambience at the venue. Open until the 24th of September 2009, it is expected to continue being a central highlight during Ramadan and Eid.

The show extends over six halls plus the Atrium and showcases over 1,200 exhibitors with family-focused consumer goods such as jewellery, clothes, accessories, Arabic food and children's toys, as well as featuring traditional songs and dances, to celebrate the importance of the holy month.

A spokesperson for ADNEC said, "The opening and enhancement of ADNEC's car parks could not have come at a better time and is making access to the show easier than ever before. The Grandstand Access to the exhibition centre has been closed although drop-offs can still be made from Access D located in the Capital Plaza or general access through Car Park B."

"We are extremely pleased with the success the Ramadan and Eid Festival has had over the last four years. Every year, the number of exhibitors increases as well as the public's attendance; we are currently receiving approximately 10,000 visitors every day,"

said Omar Danoun Business Development and Communications Manager of Al Multaqa.
