• Mid-Market Focus:
With the announcement of the Enterprise market focus, HP relies on its channel partners to develop their Mid-Market business. The Mid-Market program provides partners with the programmatic infrastructure. The program is based on joint mid-market business planning and sales target setting between the partner and his HP partner sales specialist. It consists of tools to generate leads for the partner, to qualify, develop and to close deals, which are either transactional or contractual. HP supports the partner in the sales process to mid-market accounts by its sales force and Siebel-based pipeline management.
• The Solution Focus:
Today's portfolio of contractual offerings which includes Channel-led Pay-per-Usage program (CLPPU), Smart Printing Service (SPS) program and Pay-for-Print (PfP) program will be completed by the launch of the Quick Page solution.

The go-to-market process for these solutions will be two-fold:

Such partners are trained and certified by HP for sales and technical certifications. They provide an end-to-end service provision, including sales of software and hardware, 1st - and 2nd- level pre- and post-sales support. HP support to the Solution Channel partner includes compensation and co-marketing funding for achievement of specific solution sales goals in addition training and to certification.
• The alternative go-to-market process is based on the Printing Service Model which includes the integration of a System Integrator, trained and certified by HP.
