One to One Hotel - the Village is officially opening dedicated Yoga studio, Yogalosophy on Wednesday October 14th as part of The Village Club leisure facilities.
With years of experience teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Raja yoga among others, Laila brings a wealth of wisdom to the One to One Hotel - the Village. With great experience teaching in studios across the UAE she is now venturing out to manage Yogalosophy and aims to offer a comprehensive schedule to her followers.
Bringing together a vast range of yoga styles, the studio will provide a totally unique 'round the clock' service in the capital.
Yogalosophy will allow yoga lovers to drop by any time, any day to get their yoga fix, whether it be in the form of class or individual tuition. Open both Friday and Saturday as well as 6am-9pm during the week, the studio "pledges to offer classes throughout the week unlike any other studio in Abu Dhabi."
Regular Karma yoga sessions will also be held, the first of which will be on Friday October 23rd. This is a free class provided by the studio as a selfless act of no monetary or personal gain.
