Rotana appoints hospitality group's first female General Manager

As the first woman to occupy this senior management role within Rotana, Massaad expressed her pleasure at being appointed to this demanding position.

A Lebanese national, Massaad joined the industry as a trainee receptionist in 1996, and made her way up the ladder over the past 13 years, taking on managerial responsibilities through a mix of hard work and result-driven performance.

Massaad joined the Rotana group as Executive Assistant Manager of City Centre Rotana - Doha in 2008, and attributed her recent promotion to her personal dedication and commitment to her responsibilities.
