Dubai Customs announces business hours during Eid holidays

Dubai Customs announced that business will continue as usual at all affiliated Custom Centers during Eids holidays to ensure seamless clearance of corporate and individual goods, at times matching to the respective nature of these centers.

Custom centers at Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3 in addition Dubai Cargo Village, Dubai Flower Center, and Hatta Border post will be operational round the clock during Eid holidays. Dubai Multi Commodities Customs Centre will work from 08.00 am up to 11.00 pm during these days.

Hamriya Custom Center and Postal Customs will be on duty during the second and third Eid days starting from 08.00 am up to 11.00 pm, and from 09.00 am up to 01.00 pm respectively.

Custom Centers at Jebel Ali, Ducams, Port Rashid, and Creek Entry will resume duty on the third Eid day starting from 08.00 am up to 02.00 pm (Jebel Ali & Ducams), and from 08.00 am to 01.00 pm (Port Rashid, and the Creek Entry).

Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, the Executive Director of the Customer Management Division at Dubai Customs, said:
"The Dep't is keen to continue delivering commodity clearance-related services during the Eid holidays in keeping with its vision and strategic objectives that to deliver value-added customs services, and continue lending support to the business & trade to meet customer needs & expectations".
