RTA transfers over 57 thousand by Dubai Metro on September 24th

Statistics by RTA's Rail Agency revealed that Dubai Metro had transited on Thursday (24 September) 57 thousand & 972 commuters via ten stations on the Red Line.

Dr. Aysha Al Busmait Director of RTA's Customer Service Centres stated that the metro ridership was enormous since its launch and during the Eid Holidays, as the local public and the visitors and tourists from the region and different parts of the world had largely used it.

"We expect the ridership is going to hike in future with a growing public transport culture, among the public from different social segments." she said.
