Mr. Andreas Wener, has moved to Dubai to join the five star property in capacity of Executive Sous Chef after his assignment with The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa in Malaysia.
Being of German origin, Andreas has worked in many European as well as Far Eastern countries throughout his career and brings along plenty of new innovative ideas and expertise.
Chef Andreas is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations and supervises the training and development of the kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food service.
