Bahrain schools push online services
- Bahrain: Sunday, September 27 - 2009 at 09:50
Some schools in Bahrain are trying to overcome potential curriculum delays by offering online services to help students catch up on coursework until classes are resumed, Gulf Daily News has reported. Some schools are also giving students assignments to complete at home to ensure they do not fall too far behind. Most schools in Bahrain were due to re-open today but were ordered to remain closed because of swine flu fears. All secondary schools will remain closed until October 4, intermediate schools until October 11, primary until October 18 and kindergartens and special needs centres until November 1.
