AUD and Verseidag Indutex organize 'International Symposium on Architectural Membranes'

The American University in Dubai, AUD, and Verseidag Indutex GmbH organizing the second two days "International Symposium on Architectural Membranes" (ISAM) 2009 on 14th - 15thOctober 2009 at the American University's campus in Dubai.

ISAM 2009 aims to provide information on fundamental properties and present the state-of-the-art in textile roof and inflatable structures.

The workshop will address both the theoretical bases for structural analysis necessary for efficient and robust computer implementation. A significant part of the workshop will be devoted to discussing advances in new textile composites for applications in membrane structures, as well as innovative design, construction and maintenance procedure.
