Dubai Trade e-Services assist DANZAS Emirates in breaking import and clearance record time

Dubai Trade, the innovative online platform of Dubai World, has stepped up its on-going efforts to enhance its e-Services in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

A team led by Mahmood Al Bastaki, Director of Dubai Trade, organizes regular workshops for its clients, with the goal of improving the ease of using these online services.

Moreover, the team focuses on highlighting and training the users of the portal whenever there is an update on the online service which mainly includes the e-Payment service "Rosoom", DP World, JAFZA and Dubai Customs services.

DANZAS AEI Emirates LLC is one of the leading transports & logistics companies in the region and is one of Dubai Trade's most active clients performing 90% of their transactions online.

The Dubai Trade team was accompanied by senior officials from DP World, Dubai Customs, and Jebel Ali Free Zone - entities whose entire range of online services are integrated on the Dubai Trade portal www.dubaitrade.ae .

The talks were part of Dubai Trade's customer outreach programme designed to energize interaction with customers, and get their feedback on how to improve the services offered on the portal to facilitate trade and logistics in and through Dubai, including Rosoom, Dubai Trade's real-time e-Payment Gateway, in addition to the major e-service of DP World, JAFZA and Dubai Customs.

Dubai Trade online services assisted DANZAS AEI Emirates LLC in successfully testing their new innovative system "Insure" and achieving a world-class record. "Insure" is DANZA AEI Emirates LLC's new supply chain system designed to raise the level of efficiency in import and clearance processes to unprecedented levels. The exercise done using Dubai Trade's online services resulted in a record time of 2 hours 46 minutes from vessel arrival to Jebel Ali port to opening containers in the company's warehouse.
